The Pear Tree is a consultancy firm dedicated to enhancing teaching practices and student learning by drawing on research findings. The workshops are designed to enable teachers to connect theory with practice with an aim to achieving outcomes that will improve student performances.

 

Consultancy services are also extended to schools that want to engage in action research to inform the teaching practice in the schools. Teachers will be guided through the research process which includes the conception, implementation and analyses stages.
